We are Kay and Lily, the dreamers and creators of Happy Folks. As lifelong best friends, we have decided to embark on a joint mission to start a business together dedicated to helping children manage their anxieties and spread happiness
Our Journey Begins
Happy Folks was born from a heartfelt experience that touched both our lives. Kay, a devoted full-time mum of three, faced a challenging time when her firstborn started school. The separation anxiety they both felt was overwhelming, making school drop-offs a tearful affair. Kay searched everywhere, hoping to find something that could provide comfort during these difficult moments, but nothing seemed to fit the vision she had in mind.
Driven by the desire to help her daughter and provide a solution, Kay decided to get creative. Together, we embarked on a journey of crafting beautiful bracelets filled with love and warmth, tokens that symbolized the unbreakable bond between parents and children. These magical bracelets became a source of comfort, giving Kay's daughter the confidence she needed to conquer her anxieties and face the world with a smile.

Lily, who has battled anxiety throughout her life, understood the value of learning coping mechanisms from a young age. Both friends realized the significance of teaching children coping mechanisms from a young age.
