I bought this for my son as a way of connecting with him and talking about his feelings, as he suffers with social/seperation anxiety. I found the prompt cards a really useful way to discuss how my son feels when we experiencing anxiety and how to deal with it slightly easier. My son wears his key ring on his school bag and loves to tell his friends what it is for and says it makes him feel brave and safe. Brilliant product, very much recommended.
